Our single piece 1/2 inch thick floor is made of HMW Virgin Polyethylene Plastic. The single piece design resists rotting, breaking and leakage problems. When it comes to materials handling, get the job done. . . slick! Our floor provides a non-stick, self lubricating, seamless floor that virtually eliminates sticking materials.
The sides are super-slippery polyethylene plastic boards. The front and rear gate is constructed of a single piece polyethylene board insert. The sides are solid poly boards. All boards are resistant to decay, which helps chain life and freeze-up. Not just a poly liner or surface-coated plywood. . . but solid poly.
This square designed beater has a massive 2 7/16" diameter drive shaft. 3/8" double gusseted beater paddles with 3/8" thick replaceable abraision resistant tips.
Provides more uniform spreading. It also breaks up large chunks of manure and prevents large chunks from being carried over the main beater.
The optional automatic chain oiler system that is activated by the rear gate everytime you raise the rear gate your chains get oiled. Makes servicing the chains a snap.
Twin #67 T-BarPositive Lock Steel Chain with a minimum tensile strength of 16,000 lbs. per strand =64,000 lbs.of pulling strength.
Both T-Bar or 667XH Steel Pintle Type Apron Chains are available.
Hydraulic Drive is standard. It provides many unloading speeds to match load, ground speed or application rate requirements. An electric remote control is also available for cab equipped tractors.
The banded belt drive with Q.D. Sheaves was developed for drives subjected to shock loads, pulsating loads, or extreme vibrations where single belts could flip over on the pulleys. A high strength tie band permanently joins the 3 belts to provide lateral rigidity. This keeps the belts running in a straight line in the pulley grooves under extreme shock loads produce by the beaters.
The Q.D. bushing keeps the pulleys tight and in line under the most extreme conditions. There is no need to run around looking for matched belts. With the banded design, they are always matched for good fit, less maintenance and long life and are also very quiet. This design eliminates the need for a slip clutch.
Right Angle Gear Box to Drive Beater with Forged Gears and Oil Bath with spring loaded oil seals.
50 to 1 Worm Gear Drive with Bronzed Gear for the Bed Drive and Oil Bath with spring loaded oil seals, drives a 2 inch stress proof Apron Shaft with new larger 7-tooth cast sprockets which transmits smooth, constant power to the apron chain.
#80 Heavy Chain with Q.D. style sprockets drive the upper beater. A simple efficient adjustable chain tightener keeps the chain tensioned and in line. Also shown is the Anti-chain whip block.
